"Surprise customs fees and no clear responsibility"
I was annoyed when I had to pay extra customs fees on delivery. That wasn’t made clear upfront, and when I tried to figure out who was actually responsible for it, it felt like no one wanted to own the issue. Ended up making the whole purchase feel not worth it.

"Worth it with the discount, but I’d be cautious"
I ended up buying because I had a discount, and at that price it felt worth it. Some of the sale prices still seemed a little high though, so I probably wouldn’t have wanted to pay more and feel like I missed out on a better deal later. Overall it was okay, just not anything that really stood out

"Really bad email support"
I emailed them about an issue with my order, and the replies I got days later were really vague and not helpful. The problem still hasn’t been fixed, which is really frustrating...

"Got fixed eventually, but what a hassle"
My order issue did get sorted out in the end, so I’ll give them that. But wow, it took longer than it should have. I kept thinking, okay maybe they’re just busy, but then I had to follow up with support twice before anything really moved. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just one of those annoying experiences where you’re like, why am I doing the chasing here?

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
The package showed up late, and the tracking wasn’t much help either. It barely updated, so I didn’t really know where it was most of the time

"Support sorta disappeared on me"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to kono.store a few times. I got maybe one quick reply at first, but after that it was just silence. It sorta felt like once they had my money, they weren’t too worried about helping anymore. I wasn’t asking for much, just a simple update, so it was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again unless their support gets a lot better.

"Still waiting, and the updates aren't much help"
I ordered this weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. At first I figured okay, delays happen, but honestly, actually, the longer this goes on, the more frustrating it is. The tracking has barely moved, and when I reached out, support basically just told me to keep waiting. I wanted to be patient, but this has been way longer than expected. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Showed in stock, but wasn’t"
I ordered because the item was clearly showing as in stock. Like, in stock, available, ready to buy. Then two days later I get an email saying they actually didn’t have it. So why was I able to place the order in the first place?

Support basically told me to either wait for a restock or take a refund. That’s it. Just wait or refund, wait or refund. Frustrating and a waste of time, especially since the site still made it look like items were available. I don’t see myself ordering from kono.store again.

"Tracking is just confusing"
I ordered from kono.store and the tracking has made no sense. It’s been stuck for days just saying “in transit,” but there’s no real update or movement at all. I reached out to support too, but they didn’t really give me anything helpful. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order again... just feels like a waste of time.

"This keyboard was a letdown right out..."
This keyboard was a letdown right out of the box. The case started flexing almost immediately, and a few of the keys had this scratchy, annoying sound like some bargain-bin knockoff. For the price, I expected way better build quality. Not happy with it at all.

"Honestly just felt way overpriced"
I don’t know, the prices here just felt really off to me. I ended up seeing pretty much the same stuff cheaper somewhere else, and it left a bad feeling. Just didn’t seem right.

"Felt stuck waiting on the delivery"
The order itself turned out fine, but the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, so I kind of felt trapped just checking it over and over with no real info. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t quick either.

"Keycaps felt kinda cheap for the price"
I ordered a keycap set from kono.store i was preeetty disappointed when they showed up.

The legends looked a little fuzzy, and a few of the caps had rough edges that I noticed right away. Some of them also felt slightly warped when I put them on my board, which was soooo annoying.

For what I paid, I really expected better quality. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I don’t think I’d buy keycaps from here again

"Honestly, the quality just wasn’t there"
I ordered from Kono Store and, I don’t know, I was disappointed right away. The product felt kind of cheap as soon as I took it out of the box, and it didn’t really match the photos either. Maybe the lighting in the pictures made it look better, or maybe I just got a bad one, but still. After only a few days of normal use, it was already starting to show wear, which was frustrating because it wasn’t exactly cheap. I expected a lot more for the price. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again

"Pretty disappointed with how rough these switches feel"
I was hoping these would feel a lot better, but a few of the switches are scratchy and have a bit of wobble to them. They’re usable, but the overall feel is rougher than I expected, so I’m a little disappointed...

"Pretty frustrating to shop on"
I gave kono.store a try, i wanted to like it, but the site started getting on my nerves quickly.

The pages felt slow, and I kept having to click around just to find basic things. Some buttons seemed obvious at first, or actually no, not really, because once I was on my phone the layout felt confusing and kind of messy.

The products might be totally fine, I’m not saying they aren’t, but the website made the whole shopping experience feel harder than it needed to be. I ended up giving up instead of buying anything

In my experience, returning my order ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The replies felt slow, and I had to keep following up just to find out what was going on. I did get my refund eventually, but the whole process was frustrating for me and definitely not a great experience

I had an issue with my keyboard and tried to go through the warranty process, but it was such a frustrating experience. Support took forever to respond, and when they did, the messages were vague and didn’t really explain what they actually needed from me. I ended up sending photos, order details, and whatever else they asked for, but then they kept circling back with the same questions like they hadn’t read anything. The whole thing felt unclear and dragged out, almost like they were hoping I’d just give up. Really annoying, and I don’t think I’d buy from kono.store again

"Okay, but I’m still not totally convinced"
Kono Store was okay overall, I guess. My order went through fine, so that part wasn’t really a problem, but I kept feeling like there just wasn’t enough clear information. Like, I wanted more details, and then I’d look around and still feel like things weren’t explained that well. It wasn’t bad, but the lack of info kind of bothered me. I’d probably be careful if I ordered again, mostly because I still don’t fully know how much I trust it.

"Refund felt slower than it should’ve"
I ordered from Kono Store and ended up needing a refund. They did refund me in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but my gut feeling was that it was taking longer than it should have. I had to follow up to get things moving, which was a little frustrating. Not awful overall, just slower than I expected
